Mom Prom® was created in Canton, MI in 2006 at St. Thomas a’Becket Catholic Church. It is a ladies night out for charity. Women wear their old prom gowns, bridesmaids dresses, wedding gowns, or new dresses, and dance the night away for a worthy cause.
It is a real prom with a DJ, a tackiest dress contest, cash bar, appetizers, and a Prom Queen. It’s a night out for ALL women, not just moms! This is a wonderful, hilarious night in which women can dance the night away, have fun with friends, and help a local charity making an impact in our community.
The Inaugural Charlotte Mom Prom will benefit Supportive Housing Communities and their work to end homelessness in the Charlotte area.
Early Bird tickets are on sale until December 1! In addition to dancing, attendees will be able to explore Discovery Place Science.
